Falahx provides software products, AI-powered services, websites, web applications, automation solutions, integrations, and custom technology services.

This Refund Policy explains when payments made for Falahx products or services may be refunded and how cancellation requests are handled.

By purchasing or subscribing to a Falahx product or service, you acknowledge and agree to the applicable pricing, billing, cancellation, and refund terms described in this policy, together with any additional terms shown during purchase or agreed in writing.

Certain Falahx products are offered through recurring monthly or annual subscriptions. Subscription pricing, included features, usage limits, billing intervals, and other commercial terms are displayed at the time of purchase.

Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions automatically renew at the end of the applicable billing period until cancelled.

When you subscribe to a paid service, you authorize Falahx or its payment provider to charge the applicable subscription fee and any applicable taxes or other government charges.

A subscription cancellation generally prevents future renewal but does not automatically create a right to a refund for the current billing period.

You may cancel a subscription according to the cancellation options available through your Falahx account or by contacting us where applicable.

Unless otherwise stated, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. You may generally continue using the applicable service until the end of that period, subject to your plan's terms and any applicable usage restrictions.

Cancelling a subscription does not automatically reverse charges that have already been processed.

Falahx generally does not provide prorated refunds for unused time remaining in a monthly or annual subscription after cancellation.

However, we may consider refund requests in limited circumstances, including duplicate charges, billing errors, accidental charges, or other situations where a refund is required by applicable law.

Refund requests should be submitted promptly after the relevant charge and should include sufficient information for us to identify the applicable account and transaction.

Approval of a refund request is determined on a case-by-case basis unless a specific refund right is provided by applicable law or an applicable written agreement.

Unless otherwise required by law or expressly agreed in writing, the following charges may be non-refundable:

• Subscription fees for a billing period that has already started.
• Usage-based charges or fees for services already consumed.
• Third-party charges incurred on your behalf or at your direction.
• Custom development, implementation, consulting, or professional services that have already been performed.
• Third-party software, licenses, domains, hosting, infrastructure, or other external costs purchased for a project.
• Charges resulting from your failure to cancel a subscription before its renewal date.

Nothing in this section limits any refund or consumer protection right that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

If a payment fails, is declined, reversed, or otherwise cannot be collected, Falahx may retry the payment or request that you provide an updated payment method.

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access to paid services if applicable fees remain unpaid after reasonable attempts to collect payment.

Any outstanding payment obligations remain due even if access to the applicable service has been suspended or terminated.

Falahx may provide custom websites, applications, software, integrations, automations, dashboards, consulting, implementation, and other professional services.

Custom projects may be governed by a separate proposal, statement of work, order, invoice, or written agreement specifying payment schedules, milestones, deposits, deliverables, cancellation rights, and refund terms.

Where a separate written agreement contains specific refund or cancellation terms for a custom project, those terms will control for that project to the extent of any conflict with this policy.

Payments for completed milestones, delivered work, or third-party costs may be non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing or required by applicable law.

If Falahx approves a refund, the refund will generally be issued to the original payment method used for the transaction where technically possible.

The time required for a refund to appear in your account may depend on your payment provider, bank, card issuer, or other financial institution.

Falahx is not responsible for delays caused by banks, card networks, payment processors, or other third parties involved in processing the refund.

We may make exceptions to this Refund Policy at our discretion in appropriate circumstances.

An exception made for one customer or transaction does not create an obligation to make the same exception for another customer or transaction.

Nothing in this policy is intended to remove or restrict rights that you may have under applicable consumer protection, payment, or other mandatory laws.

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our products, pricing, billing practices, services, or legal requirements.

When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

Unless otherwise required by law, changes will generally apply prospectively to purchases and subscriptions made after the updated policy becomes effective.
