Data Deletion Instructions

Falahx respects your privacy and provides a way to request deletion of personal information associated with your use of Falahx products, software, applications, websites, and services.

These instructions apply to personal information processed by Falahx in connection with your account and the services you use, subject to applicable law, contractual obligations, and legitimate retention requirements.

If you have connected a third-party service, such as WhatsApp, Facebook, or Instagram, you may also need to manage information held directly by that platform. Deleting information held by Falahx does not necessarily delete information held by a third-party provider.

You can submit a deletion request using the instructions on this page without needing to access your Falahx dashboard.

If your request relates to a connected WhatsApp, Facebook, or Instagram integration, please identify the relevant integration and, where possible, the business account or project associated with it.

Please do not email passwords, access tokens, verification codes, API secrets, or other authentication credentials as part of your request.

To protect personal information, Falahx may need to verify your identity and confirm that you are authorized to request deletion of the relevant account or information.

We may ask for additional information reasonably necessary to verify your request, locate the relevant records, or distinguish your information from information belonging to another person or organization.

We will not ask you to send your password, complete access token, or other secret authentication credentials by email.

If we cannot reasonably verify a request, we may ask for clarification or additional verification before proceeding.

Depending on the services you have used, the scope of your request, and applicable legal requirements, a deletion request may cover information such as:

• Falahx account and profile information associated with you.
• Project, workspace, and connected-account information associated with your account, where eligible for deletion.
• Customer support conversations and related records held by Falahx.
• Lead information and visitor-related records processed through your Falahx projects, where applicable.
• Documents, uploaded materials, and other content associated with your account, where eligible for deletion.
• Information stored in connection with supported WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, or other third-party integrations.
• Other personal information that Falahx can identify and is required or permitted to delete in response to your request.

The exact information that can be deleted depends on the applicable service, how the information is stored, the rights of other users or organizations, and any applicable retention obligations.

If you use Falahx to connect a third-party account or communication channel, you may request deletion of associated information held by Falahx.

Where applicable, disconnecting an integration may stop future information from being received through that connection. Disconnecting an integration does not, by itself, guarantee deletion of historical information already stored by Falahx or the third-party provider.

If you want information removed from Meta services, including WhatsApp, Facebook, or Instagram, you should also use the relevant account settings or privacy and data-rights processes provided by Meta.

Requests concerning information held by another platform may be subject to that platform's own policies, procedures, and legal obligations.

After receiving your request, Falahx will review the information provided, verify the request as appropriate, identify the relevant records, and determine the action required under applicable law and our obligations.

If the request is valid and the relevant information is eligible for deletion, we will take the applicable deletion steps within the period required by applicable law.

The time needed to complete a request may depend on the complexity of the request, the systems involved, verification requirements, and any applicable legal requirements.

We may contact you if we need clarification or additional information. Where appropriate, we will communicate the outcome of your request using the contact details provided.

If we cannot fulfill all or part of a request, we will explain the applicable reason to the extent required by law.

Some information may need to be retained where required or permitted by applicable law, or where reasonably necessary for legitimate purposes. Depending on the circumstances, this may include:

• Records required for tax, accounting, regulatory, or other legal obligations.
• Information necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
• Records needed to investigate fraud, abuse, security incidents, or unauthorized activity.
• Information necessary to enforce applicable agreements or resolve disputes.
• Limited records needed to document and prevent repeated or unauthorized deletion requests.

Where information must be retained, Falahx will handle it in accordance with applicable law and its Privacy Policy. Retention does not mean that the information will continue to be used for every purpose for which it was originally collected.

Information in backups, archives, or systems operated by service providers may not be removed immediately from every copy. Such information will be handled according to applicable retention, security, and deletion procedures.

A request to delete information held by Falahx does not automatically delete information held independently by Meta, payment providers, AI providers, hosting providers, or other third-party services.

Where Falahx processes information on behalf of a business customer, that customer may control certain decisions about the information. We may need to coordinate with the relevant customer where required by our contractual obligations or applicable law.

Deletion of account information may affect your ability to access Falahx products, projects, conversation history, integrations, or other associated services.
