Acceptable Use Policy

Falahx provides AI-powered software, customer support tools, websites, web applications, automation systems, integrations, APIs, and other technology services.

This Acceptable Use Policy describes activities and uses that are permitted and prohibited when accessing or using Falahx services.

This policy applies to customers, account users, developers, administrators, and other individuals or organizations accessing Falahx services.

This policy forms part of the Falahx Terms of Service. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meaning given to them in the Terms of Service.

You may use Falahx services for legitimate business and professional purposes consistent with our Terms of Service, applicable laws, and this policy.

Examples of permitted activities include:

• Providing customer support and responding to customer enquiries.
• Creating AI-powered conversational experiences for legitimate business purposes.
• Building and operating websites, web applications, dashboards, and internal business systems.
• Automating lawful and legitimate business processes.
• Connecting approved third-party services through supported integrations and APIs.
• Processing business information and customer-provided content for authorized purposes.
• Using analytics, lead capture, reporting, and automation features to support legitimate business operations.
• Developing software and workflows that comply with applicable laws and third-party requirements.

You may not use Falahx services to facilitate, promote, encourage, or engage in unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, deceptive, or harmful activities.

Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• Violating applicable laws, regulations, court orders, or governmental requirements.
• Fraud, scams, phishing, impersonation, or deceptive practices.
• Identity theft or unauthorized use of another person's identity or credentials.
• Harassment, stalking, threats, intimidation, or targeted abuse.
• Distributing malware, ransomware, viruses, malicious code, or other harmful software.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, networks, infrastructure, or data.
• Interfering with, disrupting, degrading, or overwhelming Falahx services or connected systems.
• Circumventing authentication, access controls, rate limits, usage restrictions, or other security measures.
• Infringing copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, privacy rights, or other intellectual property rights.
• Using Falahx services to facilitate unauthorized surveillance or collection of personal information.
• Creating or distributing content intended to facilitate criminal activity or serious physical harm.
• Using the services to operate deceptive schemes or misleading automated interactions.
• Using Falahx services to violate the terms or policies of connected third-party platforms.

Nothing in this policy is intended to prohibit lawful activities protected by applicable law.

Falahx provides AI-powered capabilities that may generate responses, classifications, summaries, recommendations, analytics, automations, or other outputs.

You are responsible for reviewing how AI-powered features are configured and used within your business or application.

You must not use Falahx AI capabilities to:

• Generate or distribute unlawful content.
• Facilitate fraud, impersonation, scams, phishing, or other deceptive activity.
• Circumvent security systems, authentication, access controls, or technical safeguards.
• Automate harmful activity against individuals, businesses, systems, or networks.
• Make high-impact decisions about individuals where such use is prohibited by applicable law.
• Represent AI-generated content as verified human judgment when doing so would be misleading or unlawful.
• Generate content intended to facilitate serious wrongdoing or physical harm.

AI outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for applying appropriate human review and safeguards where AI-generated outputs could materially affect people, customers, business operations, or legal obligations.

You must not attempt to compromise the security, availability, reliability, or integrity of Falahx services or any systems connected to them.

Prohibited security-related activities include:

• Unauthorized penetration testing or vulnerability scanning.
• Attempting to bypass authentication or authorization controls.
• Accessing accounts, projects, documents, APIs, or data that you are not authorized to access.
• Introducing malicious code or intentionally harmful workloads.
• Launching denial-of-service or resource-exhaustion attacks.
• Attempting to obtain credentials, API keys, tokens, secrets, or private information belonging to another user.
• Using automated methods to probe or attack Falahx infrastructure without written authorization.
• Attempting to interfere with the operation of another customer's environment.

Authorized security testing may be permitted where Falahx has expressly approved the activity in writing.

Falahx products may support customer communications through websites, messaging platforms, social platforms, email, or other supported channels.

You are responsible for ensuring that communications sent through Falahx are lawful, appropriate, and consistent with the rules of the relevant communication platform.

You must not use Falahx to send or facilitate:

• Unlawful spam or unsolicited communications.
• Phishing, fraudulent, or deceptive messages.
• Messages designed to impersonate another person or organization.
• Malicious links, harmful files, or other dangerous content.
• Communications that violate applicable marketing, messaging, privacy, or consumer-protection laws.
• Automated communications that intentionally evade platform restrictions or consent requirements.

You are responsible for obtaining any required consent and maintaining appropriate records where applicable.

You may use Falahx to process personal information only where you have an appropriate legal basis and the necessary rights, permissions, notices, and consents.

You are responsible for determining whether the information you submit to Falahx may lawfully be collected, processed, stored, transferred, or used for your intended purpose.

You should avoid submitting sensitive personal information unless it is necessary, lawful, and appropriate for your use case and the applicable Falahx service supports that processing.

Where Falahx processes personal information on your behalf, additional obligations may apply under the applicable Data Processing Agreement or other written agreement.

Falahx may provide APIs, webhooks, developer tools, integration capabilities, and other technical resources.

You must use these resources in accordance with their applicable documentation, limits, authentication requirements, and technical restrictions.

• Do not share API keys, access tokens, or credentials publicly.
• Do not use credentials belonging to another user or organization.
• Do not intentionally exceed published rate limits or usage restrictions.
• Do not attempt to bypass quotas, subscription limits, or access controls.
• Do not use automated traffic designed to degrade service performance.
• Do not use APIs to collect or expose information without appropriate authorization.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer private APIs or undocumented security mechanisms.

Falahx may impose additional technical limits where reasonably necessary to protect service reliability, security, and availability.

We may investigate suspected violations of this policy and take reasonable action to protect Falahx, our customers, users, infrastructure, and third-party services.

Depending on the circumstances, actions may include:

• Issuing a warning or requesting corrective action.
• Restricting specific features or technical capabilities.
• Limiting API usage or other service resources.
• Removing or restricting prohibited content.
• Suspending an account, project, integration, or service.
• Terminating access where permitted under our Terms of Service.
• Reporting suspected unlawful activity to appropriate authorities where required or permitted by law.

Where reasonably practicable, we may provide notice before taking action. However, immediate action may be taken when necessary to address security threats, unlawful activity, serious abuse, or risks to Falahx or others.

If you believe that someone is using Falahx services in violation of this policy, you may report the issue to our team.

When reporting a potential violation, please provide as much relevant information as reasonably available, including the affected service, account or project if known, the nature of the suspected violation, and any supporting information.

We may review reports and take appropriate action based on the circumstances and information available to us.

We may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our services, technology, security practices, legal requirements, or business operations.

When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

Where required or appropriate, we may provide additional notice of material changes.
